I wanna keep my hair long. (It's very close to touching the bottom of my elbows, and the shortest I will have it is an inch or 2 below my shoulders.) I don't wanna layer it cuz I'm scared it will get frizzy. (my hair is kinda naturally wavy, but I straighten it). My parents won't let me get my hair dyed or get highlights, but that's ok cuz I like my hair color (reddish-brown). What should I do to it? thanks!

I had longer than you about a year ago and cutting it was the best thing I could have done. I got mine layered, and like yours mine is frizzy but not curly. Since I straighten my hair I decided to go with a face frame cut it works great for me. You even might want to consider getting some side swept bangs! No matter what you do always remember that the best haircut is the one that makes you feel beautiful.

try spunking your hair up with layers. if you take good care of your hair you wont have that frizz. also try side ways bangs, you have a pretty oval face which would accent those bangs

keep it wavy im a hippy so my hairs long and im a guy so ya but mines wavy and its groovy but follow your dream and do what you want and think is right i igot to go Peace
