How to style??? Hair do....or hair don't?

I am going to get my hair cut like this:

if it was styled that way...or do you think that it has longer layers in the back? Also, if it is like the 2nd pic, I don't think I want my hair to have that short of layers....do you think it would look alright with longer layers??

longer layers in the back would just look like the pictures i showed you. so yay =]

on how to style it that way

you'll have to tease it.

you'll need

1. really texturized razored layers all aroung you hair =]

that the key to teasing.

2.rat tail comb/teasing comb/any comb

you could you a brush. but combing is waaaaaaaaay easier.

3. hairspray!

you could use a leave in conditionor if you'd like to make it softer.

Well it basicly does look like that at the back, but with longer layers, and yes it will look fine! Trust me I have the same haircut , although mine is chin length. I will look awsome with longer layers, go for it!

Both hair cuts look HORRIBLE!! You know, the whole "scene" look is going out and SOON, so you'll be stuck trying to grow out this out of style haircut that's no longer trendy.
