Is this hair style girly for a guy?

I have long hair for a guy and my mother set me up for an appointment at her salon. They did some fancy stuff to my hair and when they were done i could swear it's a girls haircut. Heres a picture of the hair style that i have and its of a girl which makes me really think its a girls haircut.

My hair is a little shorter then that picture but was the closest one to what my hair looks like.

If you have almost that long hair then of course they already were girly, now they are just a little fancy. If they are in steps then get them cut to its first topmost step, or get a neat cut which will really attract more girls and'll make u look manly.
