Why am i having trouble styling my hair at all?

I have shortish hair (I'm a male) and whenever i try to use product on it, a few minutes later it just goes flat and geeky, should i opt for shorter hair, or let it grow? What products should i use? HELP!!!?? Please and TY %26lt;3

You might try a volumizing mousse. Also, humidity can make your hair go flat.

You need to find products that work with your hair type! I have the same problem with my hair. You could try Infusium 23 line of productions.

depends what product your using. personally, my boyfriend likes to use the wella shockwaves range, and you can get them for about 鎷? each. try wetting or washing you hair first and see if it makes a difference with damp hair.try bedhead tigi manipulator putty,me and my friends use this in college to get a bit of movement in our layers and has a strong hold, which would be good for a bit of hold, also a bit of hairspray would help it stay better to. you can get bedhead products off the bedhead tigi website, it's fairly expensive but definately worth it!! hope this helps!
