Pull some of your hair back like a half pony tail (don't know how to explain it) and curl it...but it won't look that great unless you hair is at least shoulder length...you could do the same straight as well.

Id definitely say that the easiest way would b 2 clip the central part of your fringe back.This should do the trick until u are able to get the back up. Their are also some rather quaint head bands out there at the moment. failing that go for the bed head look.
