I am 30 years old and my hair is getting really thin. (I have PCOS) I was wondering what are the best styles to hide the thinning? Should I go really short? Should I stay away from dyes and etc??? HELP!!! My hair is just below my shoulder blades now.

You definitely want to stay away from long styles. (long thin hair just hangs with no bounce or resilience) I would suggest no longer than your shoulders, ideally above the shoulders is great with some cute sassy layers in it. If you so too short you might be able to see through your hair which the thinning would be very apparent. You could still color and such just consult with your stylist .

hair dyes dont cause ur hair to fall out if they're used correctly..although they can affect the texture of ur hair.going short would be a good idea it will add volume and body to ur hair.u can also pull ur hair back in a pony tail this way ur scalp wont show and ur thinning wont be noticable but make sure not to go too tight with it the traction can result in hairloss. get ur hair problem diagnosed by a dermatologist he will recommend u shampoos and topical treatments according to ur problem.also try some hair vitamins after consulting with him, these things help a lot.Good luck!! i know how awfully hard it is to deal with thinning hair.
