New hair style needed.....?

Ok so Im thinking I want a new hair style but Im not too sure what way I should go...here's a pic of what I look like on a pretty much regular basis, my hair when down is about jsut to the middle of my shoulder blades %26amp; is rather fine, not a lot of volume %26amp; for sure NOT THICK so stackable type styles dont hold well for me, I want something kinda low maintenence, like I "can" wash n wear it if I want but am totally able %26amp; willing to style it on a daily basis......not really wanting to cut it short again but thats not totally out of the question either......any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks!! =D
