I have a roundish race and highish cheek bones. I've always wanted a style thats kinda short (at my shoulders and side bangs that kinda fall infront of my right eye and are down to my cheek bones) but I don't know how I will look! Please help me!

Maybe you could try a rounded hair cut that's close to the head. There are also cuts that are high in the back but as rounding to the front and end at the chin in the front front. Just go to a hair salon and look through the books.
